At SlothStyles, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50. We use standard shipping methods and the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it and we will assist you with a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SlothStyles. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to request a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will provide you with a return shipping label and once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
